Kevin Keneely

I am a student at the University of Georgia where I am majoring in journalism at the Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, minoring in sport management and working towards completing the Sports Media Certificate program.

While at UGA, I have spent time writing for The Red & Black, reporting for Grady Sportsource and volunteering with Grady Newsource.

Prior to attending UGA, I spent two years at Georgia Southern University. During my time there I became a member of the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity where I served as the Scholarship Chairman and Brotherhood Chairman. In addition to serving my Fraternity I wrote for the school newspaper, The George-Anne. 

Throughout my college career I have covered football, baseball, softball, volleyball, basketball, soccer, track and field and swimming and diving. While working on the football beat I have wrote articles for the professional, college and high school level. I have also covered the baseball and soccer beat at both the college and high school level.

I have completed three internships throughout college with 680 The Fan, Deer Valley Resort and SCORE Atlanta. I am currently as contributor to UGA Football Live, part of USA Today’s college football Wire Network (UGAwire.com).

I have always been passionate about sports and the stories behind every game, player and coach.
